Ilkeston Heritage & Classic Vehicle Show 2025 Some great motors there today and the weather was on everybody's side. From British classic to American classic great few hours having fun. Spitfire was also good to see.

Just fantastic today all the stalls and the many vehicles from vintage to more contemporary, even the weather stayed brilliant.

I visited the car and motorcycle show at Ilkeston market place. It was excellent my grandson and his friend loved it. A great display of vintage vehicles and lovely people i would highly recommend going.

Really fresh fruit and vegetables from the stall on the market. Nice friendly staff. The Egg stall supplies all types of fresh eggs at a reasonable price. The Market Place is the location of the town's Charter Fair it has been going since 1252. It is one of the largest street fairs in Europe and is older than the Goose Fair. The fair is one of my favorite times of the year. I have been going to the fair for nearly 70 years and I still enjoy it as much today as I did when I was young. There is a fabulous atmosphere in the whole town when the fair is in Ilkeston

Lovely Market Town market place for a visit, plenty of pubs and cafes etc, cinema, swimming baths, parks and shops all in easy walking distance. Plenty of free and cheap car parking, and good public transport facility across the road.

On Sunday 13th August 2023 …. I really enjoyed an outdoor car show right here in Ilkeston town centre! From every car from every era since cars were made right up til nowadays and other classic vehicles and classic buses and food and drinks on sale and a brass band made it a fantastic free day out for 100s of people! 😉👍 (This is a genuine review from a real person)

Me and my husband always shop at LIDL Sandiacre but the parking when you driving in.There is no sign where to go so car and customer bump each other.LIDL should put a roadnsign to come in and go out.
